Description

A refreshing and nutritious salad combining creamy avocado, tender chicken, and fresh vegetables, perfect for summer meals.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup celery, diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  4. Add the chopped cilantro.
