Description

A delightful dessert that combines a crunchy pretzel crust with a creamy layer of sweetened cream cheese and a burst of blueberries.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup blueberry pie filling
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and sugar until combined, then press into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes until golden, then let cool completely.
  4. Beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar in a bowl until smooth, then fold in whipped topping.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled pretzel crust.
  6. Combine blueberries, blueberry pie filling, and water in a saucepan. Bring to a gentle boil and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Pour the blueberry mixture over the cream cheese layer.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
