Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in your skillet over medium heat. Add the pork chops and sear for 4–5 minutes on each side.
- Remove the chops from the skillet and place them in a baking dish.
- Spread ranch dressing evenly over the tops of each pork chop.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese generously over the ranch-dressed pork.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
