Description

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. Heat olive oil in your skillet over medium heat. Add the pork chops and sear for 4–5 minutes on each side.
  4. Remove the chops from the skillet and place them in a baking dish.
  5. Spread ranch dressing evenly over the tops of each pork chop.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese generously over the ranch-dressed pork.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  8. Serve warm with your favorite sides.
