Description

Delightful cherry muffins combining the sweet and tart flavors of cherries with a crunchy oat topping.


Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Combine wet ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, and egg until well blended.
  4. Combine wet and dry: Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry until just mixed.
  5. Add the cherries: Carefully fold in the cherries.
  6. Prepare the topping: In a separate bowl, blend brown sugar, rolled oats, and cinnamon.
