- 1 cup granulated sugar

- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
- Whisk together the granulated sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Chill the dough in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Roll the dough into balls and coat with powdered sugar.
- Place the cookie balls on a lined baking sheet, spaced apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until slightly cracked on the surface.
- Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
