- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the rolled oats, flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl; stir well and set aside.
- Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture; beat until fully incorporated.
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
- Fold in the blueberries carefully.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are golden brown and centers are soft.
- Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
