Description

Deliciously soft and chewy cookies packed with wholesome oats and fresh blueberries, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the rolled oats, flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl; stir well and set aside.
  3. Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture; beat until fully incorporated.
  5. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
  6. Fold in the blueberries carefully.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are golden brown and centers are soft.
  9. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
