Description

A one-pan creamy pepperoncini chicken dish that’s rich, tangy, and deliciously comforting, perfect for cozy dinners with family and friends.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup pepperoncini peppers, sliced
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season each chicken breast with salt and pepper.
  2. Add the chicken to the skillet, searing until golden brown on both sides, about 6-7 minutes.
  3. Incorporate the sliced pepperoncini and chicken broth into the skillet.
  4. Reduce the heat and cover. Let simmer for about 15 minutes.
  5. Remove the chicken once cooked and stir in the softened cream cheese until melted and combined.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it with the creamy sauce.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes
