Delight in the irresistible crunch of crispy crab rangoon bombs filled with creamy crab meat and aromatic garlic.
Ingredients

- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup crab meat (fresh or imitation), chopped
- 2 green onions, finely sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 package wonton wrappers
- Oil, for frying
Instructions
- Combine cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Place one tablespoon of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper and seal.
- Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) in a deep fryer or pot.
- Fry in batches for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
Notes
You can prepare the filling ahead of time and store it in the fridge for up to a day. For a healthier option, try air frying at 350°F (175°C) for 12-15 minutes.
