Description

A delightful fusion of classic Italian pizza topped with tangy dill pickles and creamy ranch dressing.


Ingredients

  • 1 (13.8 ounce) tube refrigerated pizza crust
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup thinly sliced dill pickles
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and lightly grease a pizza pan.
  2. Unroll the pizza crust onto the prepared pan.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the ranch dressing and minced garlic, then spread evenly over the crust.
  4. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese generously over the ranch sauce.
  5. Arrange the pickle slices evenly across the cheese.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and, if using, sprinkle with chopped dill.
  8. Slice and serve hot.
