Delicious flaky pizza rolls filled with gooey mozzarella cheese, perfect for a snack or appetizer.

- 1 package of puff pastry sheets
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1/4 cup pepperoni slices (optional)
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Italian seasoning to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a floured surface.
- Cut the pastry into squares, about 4×4 inches.
- Place a spoonful of pizza sauce in the center of each square.
- Add a generous amount of mozzarella cheese and a few pepperoni slices on top of the sauce.
- Fold the pastry over to form a triangle and seal the edges by pressing with a fork.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to customize the filling with your favorite pizza toppings.
- Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
- These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
