Instructions
- Prep Your Ingredients: Start by chopping the smoked sausage into bite-sized pieces. Wash and slice up the Yukon Gold potatoes, zucchini, onion, and red bell pepper.
- Heat Your Griddle: Preheat your flat-top griddle to medium heat. Add the cooking oil and let it warm up.
