  • 2 Medium Yukon Gold Potatoes

  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Oil

Instructions

  1. Prep Your Ingredients: Start by chopping the smoked sausage into bite-sized pieces. Wash and slice up the Yukon Gold potatoes, zucchini, onion, and red bell pepper.
  2. Heat Your Griddle: Preheat your flat-top griddle to medium heat. Add the cooking oil and let it warm up.
  3. Sizzle the Sausage: Toss the chopped smoked sausage onto the griddle and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Introduce the Veggies: Add the potatoes to the sausage. Cook for another 5 minutes, then add zucchini, onion, and red bell pepper.
  5. Season Generously: Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt over the mixture. Combine well.
