Delight in the nostalgic taste of campfire s’mores with these quick and easy Golden Grahams S’Mores Bars, featuring gooey marshmallows and creamy chocolate.

- 5 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
- 5 tablespoons butter (or margarine)
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 7 cups Golden Grahams cereal
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Prepare the pan by buttering or greasing a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Melt the mixture in a large saucepan over low heat by combining 5 cups of mini marshmallows, milk chocolate chips, butter, and corn syrup.
- Add the cereal to the melted mixture and stir in 7 cups of Golden Grahams and the remaining 1 cup of mini marshmallows.
- Press the mixture into the prepared baking pan with a greased spatula.
- Let the bars set at room temperature for about 60 minutes.
Notes
You can try using dark chocolate chips for a richer flavor. These bars can also be made in an air fryer at a lower temperature.
