Ingredients

- 2 cups frozen hash browns
- 1 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Combine the frozen hash browns, crumbled cooked sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, flour, egg, and salt and pepper in a large bowl. Mix until well-blended.
- Heat a generous amount of oil in your skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Scoop small portions of the mixture and shape them into bite-sized patties.
- Carefully place the patties in the hot oil, frying until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Transfer the bites to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
