- 8 oz Feta Cheese
- 2 tbsp Dill
- 2 tbsp Mint
- 1 tbsp Lemon Zest
- 8 sheets Phyllo Pastry
- 4 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 1 tbsp Chili Flakes
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the filling by crumbling the feta and mixing in dill, mint, and lemon zest.
- Assemble the phyllo sheets by layering and brushing with olive oil.
- Fill the rolls with 2 tablespoons of the feta mixture, fold, and roll tightly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Prepare the chili honey by heating honey and stirring in chili flakes.
- Serve the rolls warm drizzled with chili honey.
Notes
Keep unrolled phyllo covered with a damp cloth to prevent drying. Customize with different herbs as desired.
