Description

Crispy phyllo pastry rolls filled with creamy feta, fresh herbs, and a drizzle of chili honey, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz Feta Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Dill
  • 2 tbsp Mint
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Zest
  • 8 sheets Phyllo Pastry
  • 4 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1 tbsp Chili Flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the filling by crumbling the feta and mixing in dill, mint, and lemon zest.
  3. Assemble the phyllo sheets by layering and brushing with olive oil.
  4. Fill the rolls with 2 tablespoons of the feta mixture, fold, and roll tightly.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Prepare the chili honey by heating honey and stirring in chili flakes.
  7. Serve the rolls warm drizzled with chili honey.

Notes

Keep unrolled phyllo covered with a damp cloth to prevent drying. Customize with different herbs as desired.
