- 1 lb spicy Italian sausage (ground or casings removed)
- 2 (10 oz) bags prepared cheese-filled ravioli
- 8 garlic cloves, minced
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 3 cups heavy cream
- ¾ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½–2 tsp red pepper flakes (to taste)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning (for topping)
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
- Nonstick spray (for the pan)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly spray a 2-quart casserole dish with nonstick spray.
- Cook the sausage in a large skillet over medium heat until fully cooked and crumbled.
- Make the Alfredo sauce in the same skillet by sautéing butter and garlic, then add heavy cream.
- Add parmesan cheese to the sauce and stir until smooth.
- Cook the ravioli according to package instructions and set aside.
- Assemble the lasagna by layering Alfredo sauce, ravioli, sausage, and mozzarella cheese in the casserole dish.
- Top with Italian seasoning and cover with foil. Bake for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
- Rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a make-ahead option, prepare the Alfredo sauce and assemble the lasagna a few hours before baking.
