Tandoori Chicken Tikka Skewers are marinated chicken pieces grilled to perfection, bursting with flavors from traditional Indian spices.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons tandoori masala
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, tandoori masala, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, salt, cumin powder, and paprika.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Grill the skewers for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice char.
- Serve hot with mint chutney and lemon wedges.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less tandoori masala.
- Serve with a side of rice or naan for a complete meal.
