- 1 can Coconut Milk
- 2 tablespoons Red Thai Curry
- 3 tablespoons Soyaki (or soy sauce)
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 handfuls Spinach
- 1 bag Frozen Chicken Dumplings
- 1 tablespoon Chili Oil Crunch
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Sauté the minced garlic in a skillet over medium heat until fragrant, then add the spinach and cook until wilted.
- Combine the coconut milk, red Thai curry, and soy sauce in a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Arrange the frozen dumplings in a single layer in an oven-safe baking dish.
- Pour the creamy sauce over the dumplings, then add the sautéed spinach and garlic.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden.
- Drizzle with chili oil crunch just before serving.
Notes
Make the sauce and sauté the vegetables a day ahead for enhanced flavors. Customize with additional veggies or substitute proteins as desired.
