Description

A comforting and flavorful bake featuring frozen dumplings enveloped in a creamy coconut and red Thai curry sauce, perfect for cozy nights in.


Ingredients

  • 1 can Coconut Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Red Thai Curry
  • 3 tablespoons Soyaki (or soy sauce)
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 handfuls Spinach
  • 1 bag Frozen Chicken Dumplings
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Oil Crunch

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Sauté the minced garlic in a skillet over medium heat until fragrant, then add the spinach and cook until wilted.
  3. Combine the coconut milk, red Thai curry, and soy sauce in a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
  4. Arrange the frozen dumplings in a single layer in an oven-safe baking dish.
  5. Pour the creamy sauce over the dumplings, then add the sautéed spinach and garlic.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden.
  7. Drizzle with chili oil crunch just before serving.

Notes

Make the sauce and sauté the vegetables a day ahead for enhanced flavors. Customize with additional veggies or substitute proteins as desired.
