Description

A flavorful and spicy dish featuring chicken thighs cooked in a zesty bang bang sauce, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice to create the bang bang sauce.
  2. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add the chicken thighs to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Pour the bang bang sauce over the chicken thighs in the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
