Description

A vibrant and refreshing fruit salad featuring a delightful mix of fruits, creamy Cool Whip, and crunchy pecans, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) tub of Cool Whip
  • 1 (20 oz) can of diced pineapples, drained
  • 1 cup halved cherries
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup coconut flakes
  • Maraschino cherries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine 1 (8 oz) tub of Cool Whip and 1 (20 oz) can of diced pineapples (drained) in a large mixing bowl until creamy.
  2. Add 1 cup halved cherries, 1 cup mini marshmallows, and 1 cup chopped pecans to the bowl, folding gently until coated.
  3. Sprinkle 1 cup coconut flakes into the mixture, folding carefully to maintain texture.
  4. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Garnish with maraschino cherries before serving.
