- 10 small corn tortillas

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook the ground beef with the diced onion in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
- Drain excess fat, leaving just enough for flavor.
- Add garlic powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper; cook for another minute.
- Incorporate shredded cheese into the beef mixture until melted.
- Warm the tortillas in the microwave for 20 seconds to make them pliable.
- Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture onto each tortilla and roll tightly.
- Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place rolled taquitos seam-side down.
- Spray the tops lightly with cooking spray.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve with salsa or guacamole.
Notes
For a quicker cooking method, use an air fryer set to 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
