- 4 large potatoes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, and parsley. Stir well.
- Add the potato wedges and toss gently until coated.
- Spread the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Serve warm, optionally topped with fresh herbs.
Notes
Pat wedges dry before tossing in oil for better crispiness. You can use an air fryer for a crispier texture and shorter cooking time.
