Description

Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, these Baked Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges are the perfect indulgent yet healthy side dish.


Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, and parsley. Stir well.
  4. Add the potato wedges and toss gently until coated.
  5. Spread the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through.
  8. Serve warm, optionally topped with fresh herbs.

Notes

Pat wedges dry before tossing in oil for better crispiness. You can use an air fryer for a crispier texture and shorter cooking time.
