Description

A delicious recipe featuring succulent chicken pieces with a crispy coating and a creamy, spicy sauce that’s bursting with flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • Green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Toss the chicken pieces with cornstarch, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  2. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  3. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for about 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  4. Meanwhile, in a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice.
  5. Once the chicken is cooked, return it to the bowl with the sauce and toss until coated.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with green onions.

Notes

Make-ahead by marinating the chicken in the cornstarch mixture a few hours in advance. Customize the sauce with minced garlic or different spices as desired.
