- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Toss the chicken pieces with cornstarch, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for about 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Meanwhile, in a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice.
- Once the chicken is cooked, return it to the bowl with the sauce and toss until coated.
- Serve warm, garnished with green onions.
Notes
Make-ahead by marinating the chicken in the cornstarch mixture a few hours in advance. Customize the sauce with minced garlic or different spices as desired.
