Description

These Beef and Bean Taco Biscuits are filled with a savory mixture of beef, beans, and cheese, all wrapped in flaky biscuit dough for a comforting dish that is perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • Taco seasoning (to taste)
  • Oil (for cooking)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the biscuit package instructions.
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning, black beans, corn, and cream cheese until mixed.
