- 12 firm Jalapeños
- 8 oz creamy Brie cheese
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 4 slices bacon (optional)
- Sea salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice each jalapeño in half lengthwise and carefully remove the seeds.
- Combine brie cheese with chopped mixed berries in a mixing bowl; add sea salt and black pepper.
- Stuff each jalapeño half with the brie and berry mixture.
- Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a slice of bacon if using.
- Arrange the stuffed jalapeños on a baking sheet and sprinkle with brown sugar.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the jalapeños are tender and cheese is bubbling.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For a vegetarian option, omit the bacon and use smoked sea salt for flavor. Make ahead by preparing the poppers and refrigerating before baking.
