Instructions
- Mix honey, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat, adding a drizzle of olive oil.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet and pour the honey glaze over them.
- Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, flipping carefully.
- Plate the salmon alongside warm cooked rice and sautéed veggies, drizzling any remaining glaze over the top.
