- 1 egg

- 1/4 cup sugar (for filling)
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder in a mixing bowl.
- Add softened butter, milk, and egg to form a dough.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle on a floured surface, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Mix cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, blueberries, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly over the rolled-out dough.
- Roll the dough tightly to form a log, then slice into rolls.
- Place the rolls in a greased baking dish.
- Beat the egg and brush it over the rolls.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm.
