Description

A delightful fusion of cinnamon rolls and fresh blueberries baked into a custardlike casserole, perfect for brunch gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 can Pillsbury cinnamon rolls
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. Cut the cinnamon rolls into quarters.
  4. Place the cut rolls into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the blueberries over the cinnamon roll pieces.
  6. Whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
