Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Mix the dry ingredients: In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
- Prepare the wet mixture: In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, milk, and an egg.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, kneading until just combined.
- Roll the dough out into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick on a floured surface.
- Create the cream cheese filling: Beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth; fold in blueberries.
- Spread the filling evenly over the rolled-out dough.
- Roll the dough tightly away from you and slice into equal pieces.
- Brush the tops with egg wash.
