Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Optional: icing for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients: In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
  3. Prepare the wet mixture: In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, milk, and an egg.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, kneading until just combined.
  5. Roll the dough out into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick on a floured surface.
  6. Create the cream cheese filling: Beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth; fold in blueberries.
  7. Spread the filling evenly over the rolled-out dough.
  8. Roll the dough tightly away from you and slice into equal pieces.

Notes
