- 200 g Spinach (Pre-steamed)
- 50 g Chives (Fresh)
- 150 g Cheddar Cheese
- 100 g Diced Ham (or alternatives)

- Mixed Vegetables (Optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Mix the Greek yogurt and eggs in a bowl until creamy.
- Combine the flour, ground flaxseeds, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes in a separate bowl.
- Incorporate the dry mixture into the wet ingredients, folding in the spinach, chives, and cheddar cheese.
- Gently fold in the diced ham or chosen alternatives.
- Scoop the dough onto a prepared baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Top with reserved cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown on the edges.
- Cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
