Description

A hearty and vibrant stir-fry featuring tender ground beef and crunchy broccoli, all coated in a savory sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  2. Brown the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula until fully cooked.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger, cooking for another minute until fragrant.
  4. Incorporate the broccoli florets and cook for 3-4 minutes or until tender-crisp.
  5. Mix in the soy sauce and optional oyster sauce, stirring to coat evenly.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, letting it simmer for another minute to meld flavors.
  7. Serve hot over fluffy cooked rice.
