- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Mix gently until well integrated, then form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Whisk together the brown sugar and soy sauce in a saucepan over medium heat until dissolved.
- Add the pineapple chunks and stir to coat.
- Pour the glaze over the meatballs on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through and caramelized.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
