Description

Deliciously savory Cheddar Bay Sausage Balls that combine breakfast sausage with sharp cheddar cheese for an irresistible snack or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound breakfast sausage
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups biscuit mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons garlic butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Add the breakfast sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, biscuit mix, milk, garlic butter, garlic powder, and chopped parsley into a large bowl and mix until well combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a lined baking sheet.
