Instructions
- Preheat the oil in a deep fryer or a heavy pot to 350°F.
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, then add the diced onion and cook until softened.
- Add chopped pickles, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper to the beef mixture and mix well.
- Fill the potato cones with the beef mixture, packing it slightly.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Fry the cones in the hot oil until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
- Serve immediately while hot.
