Description

Delicious crispy potato cones filled with savory ground beef, melted cheddar cheese, and topped with pickles and onions, perfect for any gathering or cozy dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • Potato cones
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 onion (diced)
  • 1 cup pickles (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oil in a deep fryer or a heavy pot to 350°F.
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, then add the diced onion and cook until softened.
  3. Add chopped pickles, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper to the beef mixture and mix well.
  4. Fill the potato cones with the beef mixture, packing it slightly.
  5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Fry the cones in the hot oil until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes.
  7. Drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
  8. Serve immediately while hot.

Notes

For a healthier option, you can bake the cones at 400°F for 15-20 minutes instead of frying.
