Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, egg, minced garlic, dried Italian herbs, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs, placing them in a baking dish with space in between.
  4. Pour marinara sauce over the meatballs, ensuring they are covered.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through with an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
