- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 1/4 cup diced jalapeños (optional)

Instructions
- Start by greasing your crockpot lightly to help with later cleanup.
- Combine your drained corn, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, diced green onions, and jalapeños in the crockpot.
- Stir everything together until it’s well-mixed.
- Set your crockpot to low and let it cook for about 120-180 minutes.
- Stir occasionally and season with salt and pepper to your liking. Serve warm with tortilla chips ready for dipping.
Notes
For a spicier dip, increase the amount of jalapeños or add cayenne pepper. Make-ahead by preparing the mixture the night before.
