Description

Delicious and easy-to-make pinwheels filled with melted cheese and savory pepperoni, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of refrigerated puff pastry sheets
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface until slightly larger.
  3. Spread softened cream cheese evenly over the pastry, leaving a border around the edges.
  4. Layer pepperoni slices on top of the cream cheese.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and Italian seasoning over the pepperoni.
  6. Roll the pastry tightly into a log shape.
  7. Slice the log into pinwheels, about 1-inch thick.
  8. Arrange the pinwheels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
  10. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
