- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface until slightly larger.
- Spread softened cream cheese evenly over the pastry, leaving a border around the edges.
- Layer pepperoni slices on top of the cream cheese.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and Italian seasoning over the pepperoni.
- Roll the pastry tightly into a log shape.
- Slice the log into pinwheels, about 1-inch thick.
- Arrange the pinwheels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
