Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the steak to the hot skillet and season liberally with salt and pepper, cooking until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
