- 1 cup Caesar salad dressing
- ½ cup mayo
- 2 cups chopped Romaine lettuce
- 2 cups shredded chicken

- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup croutons
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the fusilli noodles according to package directions, typically about 8-10 minutes, until al dente.
- Once cooked, drain the noodles in a colander and rinse them under cold water to halt the cooking process.
- Gently dab the noodles with a paper towel to absorb excess water before transferring them to a large mixing bowl.
- Pour in the Caesar dressing and mayo, mixing carefully with a wooden spoon until every piece of pasta is luxuriously coated.
- Fold in the chopped Romaine lettuce, making sure to distribute it evenly throughout.
- Add the shredded chicken, bacon bits, mozzarella and cheddar blend, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until all ingredients are well combined, allowing flavors to mingle.
