Ingredients

  • 3 cups fusilli noodles
  • 1 cup Caesar salad dressing
  • ½ cup mayo
  • 2 cups chopped Romaine lettuce
  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • ½ cup real bacon bits
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup croutons

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the fusilli noodles according to package directions, typically about 8-10 minutes, until al dente.
  2. Once cooked, drain the noodles in a colander and rinse them under cold water to halt the cooking process.
  3. Gently dab the noodles with a paper towel to absorb excess water before transferring them to a large mixing bowl.
  4. Pour in the Caesar dressing and mayo, mixing carefully with a wooden spoon until every piece of pasta is luxuriously coated.
  5. Fold in the chopped Romaine lettuce, making sure to distribute it evenly throughout.
