- 2 cups Romaine Lettuce, chopped
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 2 slices Bread (ciabatta or sourdough)
- 1–2 tbsp Olive Oil (for toasting the bread)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the Chicken: Heat your frying pan or griddle over medium heat and cook the chicken breast until golden brown, about 6-8 minutes on each side.
- Toast the Bread: Brush each slice of bread with olive oil and toast them in the oven at 375°F (190°C) until golden brown.
- Mix Your Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken (sliced if desired), romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and grated Parmesan cheese. Toss gently.
- Layer the Sandwich: On one slice of toasted bread, pile on the chicken mixture and cap it with another slice.
- Serve and Enjoy: Cut the sandwich in half and serve immediately.
