Description

A delightful Chicken Caesar Sandwich featuring crispy chicken, fresh romaine, and creamy Caesar dressing, all nestled in toasted rustic bread.


Ingredients

  • 1 Chicken Breast (breaded and fried or grilled)
  • 23 tbsp Caesar Dressing
  • 2 cups Romaine Lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 2 slices Bread (ciabatta or sourdough)
  • 12 tbsp Olive Oil (for toasting the bread)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the Chicken: Heat your frying pan or griddle over medium heat and cook the chicken breast until golden brown, about 6-8 minutes on each side.
  2. Toast the Bread: Brush each slice of bread with olive oil and toast them in the oven at 375°F (190°C) until golden brown.
  3. Mix Your Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken (sliced if desired), romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and grated Parmesan cheese. Toss gently.
  4. Layer the Sandwich: On one slice of toasted bread, pile on the chicken mixture and cap it with another slice.
