- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 bag frozen tater tots
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix together the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mixed vegetables (if using), and salt and pepper in a large bowl.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
- Layer the tater tots on top of the chicken mixture, arranging them tightly.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the tater tots.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
