Description

Delightful muffins that combine the nostalgic flavor of pancakes with the indulgence of chocolate chips, perfect for breakfast or snacks.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Combine the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract in another bowl and whisk until mixed.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips carefully.
  6. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about ¾ full.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
