- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- Mix together the grated zucchini, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract in a large bowl.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in another bowl.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips evenly.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it out.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Notes
Make sure to drain excess moisture from the zucchini and avoid overmixing to keep the bread tender.
