Description

A delightful treat combining chocolate, marshmallows, and graham crackers, reminiscent of classic s’mores.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the baking sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the milk chocolate chips and butter. Heat for 30 seconds, stir, and repeat until smooth.
  3. Spread the chocolate: Pour the melted chocolate onto the lined baking sheet and spread it evenly.
  4. Add the toppings: Sprinkle crushed graham crackers and mini marshmallows on top, pressing them into the chocolate.
  5. Drizzle with chocolate syrup: Optionally drizzle chocolate syrup over the top.
  6. Chill: Place in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes until set.
  7. Break and serve: Remove from the fridge and break into pieces to enjoy.

Notes

For a vegan version, substitute butter with coconut oil and use dairy-free chocolate chips.
