- 2 cups milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the baking sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the milk chocolate chips and butter. Heat for 30 seconds, stir, and repeat until smooth.
- Spread the chocolate: Pour the melted chocolate onto the lined baking sheet and spread it evenly.
- Add the toppings: Sprinkle crushed graham crackers and mini marshmallows on top, pressing them into the chocolate.
- Drizzle with chocolate syrup: Optionally drizzle chocolate syrup over the top.
- Chill: Place in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes until set.
- Break and serve: Remove from the fridge and break into pieces to enjoy.
Notes
For a vegan version, substitute butter with coconut oil and use dairy-free chocolate chips.
