- 2 lbs Pork Spare Ribs
- 1 cup BBQ Sauce
- 4 Hamburger Buns
- 1 cup Pickles
- 1/2 cup Sliced Onions
- 2 tbsp Mustard
Instructions
- Preheat your oven or grill: Heat your grill over medium or preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Season the ribs: Generously sprinkle salt and pepper over the pork spare ribs.
- Cook the ribs: Place the seasoned ribs in the oven or on the grill until tender (about 2-3 hours in the oven or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) when grilling).
- Brush with BBQ sauce: 30 minutes before finishing, brush the ribs with BBQ sauce to caramelize.
- Rest the ribs: Let them rest for 10-15 minutes after cooking.
- Warm the buns: Lightly toast your hamburger buns.
- Slice the ribs into sandwich-sized portions.
- Assemble the sandwich: Place rib slices on buns, add pickles, onions, and mustard.
- Serve immediately with friends and family!
Notes
Prepare ribs a day ahead for deeper flavor. Consider adding jalapeños for heat or avocado slices for creaminess.
