Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Soak the chicken: In a mixing bowl, soak the chicken tenders in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Mix the coating: In another bowl, whisk together flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat the oil: In your fryer or large skillet, heat oil to 350°F (175°C).
