Description

A warm and comforting casserole made with tender chicken, crispy bacon, and creamy cheese, perfect for family dinners or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 package ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch seasoning, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and chicken broth in a large bowl.
  3. Fold in frozen vegetables if desired, then season with salt and pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

For best results, make sure cream cheese is softened and bacon is cooked until crispy.
