- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 package ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch seasoning, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and chicken broth in a large bowl.
- Fold in frozen vegetables if desired, then season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
For best results, make sure cream cheese is softened and bacon is cooked until crispy.
