Description

Delightful Chicken Cordon Bleu Rolls filled with creamy chicken, smoky ham, and rich Swiss cheese, encased in flaky crescent dough.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup ham, diced
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine in a mixing bowl the shredded chicken, diced ham, shredded Swiss cheese, softened cream cheese, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Spoon a generous amount of the chicken mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll the dough around the filling from the wide end.
  6. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
