Description

A comforting plate of creamy Parmesan beef linguine featuring ground beef and a luscious garlic butter sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine: Boil a pot of salted water and add the linguine, cooking according to the package instructions until just al dente. Drain and set aside, but don’t rinse.
  2. Melt the butter: In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter until it foams and turns golden.
  3. Brown the ground beef: Add the ground beef, breaking it apart. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes; season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the garlic: Stir in minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the cream: Gently pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer without boiling.
  6. Incorporate the cheese: Gradually stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted into the sauce.
  7. Combine with pasta: Add the cooked linguine into the skillet and toss gently to coat.
  8. Season to taste: Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
  9. Serve and garnish: Plate the linguine and add fresh chopped parsley on top. Enjoy!
