Description

Succulent chicken breasts cooked in a creamy ranch sauce, perfect for busy weeknights or special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt, pepper, and ranch seasoning.
  3. Place the chicken in the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through (165°F).
  4. Remove the chicken and let it rest for a few minutes.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and stir to incorporate the drippings.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet and let it simmer in the sauce for a few minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
