Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 cup cooked and crumbled sausage or bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the croissants into bite-sized pieces and place them in a greased baking dish.
  3. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until fluffy and well-combined.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the croissants, pressing down gently to soak them.
